"Abnormal dungeons" are randomly generated every hour around the world. The entrance to the dungeon is hidden in the cracks of reality (such as an elevator late at night, an unattended used bookstall, or a repetitive advertising screen). Entrants need to complete the dungeon mission to survive. If the task fails or times out, they will be "assimilated" by the dungeon (become a dungeon monster, a scene prop, or be directly erased from reality).
The protagonist Lin Wen is a night shift clerk who works in a 24-hour convenience store. He hides a secret: he can see the "scarlet countdown" at the entrance of the dungeon (invisible to ordinary people), and every time he enters the dungeon, he can briefly read the "remaining memory fragments of the deceased" in the dungeon.
