The Blade Hangs Over the Nine Provinces

A blade carries not sharpness, but destiny.

He was an utterly ordinary nobody, yet somehow ended up bearing the heaviest blade in the world. It was not for killing, but for saving; not for moving forward, but for never turning back.

The world of martial arts says that anyone who bears a blade is doomed to die by one. But he does not believe in fate. He believes only that the blade in his hand can still hold up the sky.

Grudges, love and hate, betrayal, protection... Wherever the blade points, it is the human heart it faces.

If you ask why he walks with a blade on his back, he will only answer, “There’s no one behind me, so I can only move forward.”
