Nuclear pollution has swept the world, plants have become deformed and cannibalistic, food is completely cut off, and human civilization is on the verge of collapse. {Miao He} is the son of a botanist. He accidentally awakened the ability to communicate with plants when he was chased by mutated vines. He began to change his destiny by taming a small dying vine: cultivating radiation-resistant and harmless crops to overcome the food problem in the doomsday; establishing a plant base to build safety barriers with plants; and fighting against the "jungle army" that uses mutated plants as weapons. When high-yielding radiated rice covers the wasteland, and when man-eating plants turn into protective barriers, Miao He will eventually lead the survivors to regain humanity's food, clothing and hope on top of the ruins.
