The Grave Robbers' Chronicles: She and the Little Brother Were Made for Each Other

I'm a new author, and this story is self-indulgent. My writing is limited, so please be gentle. Content warning: an original female protagonist.

The story is told mostly from the heroine's perspective, with occasional chapters from other characters' points of view.

There are original characters, each with their own coming-of-age story.

The tone is warm and sweet.

One-on-one romance, love at first sight that grows deeper over time, a pure-love ending for both. There are one-sided crushes, both men and women, and not only romantic feelings directed at the heroine.

Some inspiration comes from fanfiction.

Background: She was born on April 25, 1934, into a tomb-raiding family where everyone bears the surname Zhang. From birth, she was destined to be a goddess, and inherited an exceptionally pure Qilin bloodline. She was fated to become the future clan leader's wife, and her life was never destined to be peaceful. Fortunately, in this emotionally cold family, where relatives married one another, her mother loved her dearly. Her mother named her Zhang Haining and raised her to be innocent, kind, and gentle. Unlike the cold, square confines of the family estate, she never fit in. Perhaps it was a blessing from heaven: she was clever and talented, the most outstanding prospective wife in the history of the Zhang family, capable of almost anything and especially skilled at making medicines...

A false holy infant meets a true goddess. Beneath the ginkgo tree, they mistake one another for a lifetime.

“My name is Zhang Haining. What’s yours?”

“...I don’t have a name.”

“Then... in that case, can I call you Little Brother? You look older than me.”

Beneath the ginkgo tree that year, two young people met for the first time. It also bound them to that autumn. Later, they relied on those memories to endure year after year of confinement and torment.
