The story takes place in the fictional New Year's Eve, when the dynasty collapses and all heroes rise together. The protagonist Yang Letian is a gangster from the street who gets involved in the trend of seizing the country because of his jokes. Along the way, he fights for justice, not only to survive but also to uncover the mystery, and confronts the villain Su Fengyu at every turn.
