Sharpener: the Nameless Mirror

In the third year of the apocalypse, I discovered that I was not human. I couldn't eat any food, only hungry for human flesh and blood. My eyes are pure black, and all "infected people" like me have become monsters that only know how to devour. It wasn't until I discovered the first "treasure of heaven, materials, and earth" that a glimmer of light finally shone through my dark eyes. I thought this was the beginning of redemption, but little did I know that I had already been marked as an "Ω sample." Those eyes observing me from the dark came from within the last high wall of mankind. And "compatriots" like me who maintain their sanity on the edge of madness are being systematically hunted, imprisoned, and reformed. Now, they came to me. Should we continue to pretend and survive under the gaze of humans? Or should we tear off our masks and ask this desperate world for the qualification to be born as a "human" for all the cursed "hardeners"?
