Hulin County is located on the southeastern edge of Heilongjiang Province, adjacent to the Ussuri River, and is an important node on the Sino-Soviet border. After the "September 18th Incident", the Japanese army occupied it and built it into the "Tiger Head Fortress". They successively stationed 1 division and 1 brigade, and set up special forces such as the engineering team and the aviation team. The size of the garrison, the Manchurian Railway and the pioneering regiment even exceeded the population of the local people, which contributed to the anti-Japanese war in the Hurao area. The armed forces brought unprecedented pressure and tragedy. The soldiers and civilians of Hurao fought against the tyranny of the Japanese aggressors and launched an evocative struggle. The heroes of the past were not afraid of sacrifice in all walks of life and fought one after another. The story revolves around the revolutionary and legendary experience of a pair of brothers behind enemy lines, and comes to us across the ages.
