A Folk Healer's True Records: I Cure Every Disease with Feng Shui

Shen Qinghe is the hereditary keeper of books on traditional home medicine. He returns to his hometown for the Lunar New Year in the twelfth lunar month, using ancient residential arts to harmonize yang residences and folk medicine to treat difficult ailments. He specializes in solving feng shui problems and baleful influences in modern urban homes. A window-bay sha in an apartment complex keeps children up crying at night; one peachwood talisman brings peace. A ride-hailing car’s interior leaks wealth; three ancient coins turn its fortunes around. An office workstation invites official trouble; moving a potted plant helps avert a lawsuit. He exposes fake feng shui masters and so-called experts, takes on an adorable young apprentice named Nannan, and travels from rural neighborhoods to urban shopping districts, setting up New Year wealth-attracting formations for the community and dispelling the modern household sha people encounter while visiting family. From the twelfth lunar month through the Lantern Festival, he uses the art of home medicine to bring warmth to countless households and uncovers the book keeper’s mission to protect the balance of urban home qi. The story is packed with satisfying moments and festive New Year spirit. Traditional home medicine meets the modern city in a tale that heals and delights!
