After the Tomb Raiding: Echoes of Bronze

Synopsis of Grave Robbing: Echoes of Bronze The ten-year promise was not the end. The secrets behind the Bronze Gate were thought to be sealed away forever, and Wu Xie, Zhang Qiling, and Wang Pangzi had finally settled into peaceful lives. But an ancient force known as the Ultimate has not fallen asleep. Its “echoes” are quietly seeping through cracks in reality. Five years later, strange phenomena begin anew: ancient tombs come alive on their own, eerie substances crystallize at the nodes of dragon veins, and a mysterious fragment of bronze thrusts a young archaeologist into the eye of the storm. A new generation of explorers is forced to set out. They discover that the truth buried in blood and fire by the Old Nine Gates was merely the prelude to a far greater and more ancient system. From the warnings hidden deep within Zhang Family Ancient Tower, to the sacrificial grounds at the source of the Kunlun Mountains, to the abyss beneath Guixu where the laws of nature are defied, this is a relay race across time. The players who once ventured into the mist have become beacons on the shore, while new bonds are forged in an even more dangerous game. When the price of repairing the world may be complete oblivion, and the answer to immortality points to a prison for civilization, will they choose to protect, conquer, or let go? This is a story about traces and legacy. The echoes of the Bronze Gate still resound, but it will be opened by another pair of hands.
