[Two male leads + devoted couple + sweet romance + detective cases + political intrigue]
[An astute, scheming, frail and disabled prince as the pursuer X a cool-headed, upright, highly skilled bodyguard as the pursued]
Bodyguard Shier never imagined he would get married in this lifetime, let alone that his bride would be the notorious invalid Prince Li, Yuwen Xuan.
An imperial decree could not be disobeyed, so he had no choice but to grit his teeth and don red wedding clothes. He never expected someone to die in the residence on their wedding night.
As he tries to find out whether there is a conspiracy behind the death, he realizes that a pair of smiling eyes is always watching him from behind.
Shier: ...Your Highness, what do you think?
Yuwen Xuan: Oh dear, I have a headache, and my vision is blurry. I can't see a thing.
Shier turns away coldly.
Yuwen Xuan quickly adds, "I could tell at a glance that this death was suspicious."
What truth lies behind these one murder case after another, and where will fate lead the two of them...?
