The apocalypse begins, and the world is struck by disaster. While survivors fight for their lives in the wasteland, Lin Zhou binds himself to the [Fishing Master] System.
While others fight bloody battles for treasure chests, he casts his first line beside a polluted lake. He reels in a bronze chest, finds a water-purification core inside, and establishes the apocalypse's only source of clean water.
From then on, he embarks on a path to save the world unlike any other:
He fishes up defensive towers and guards a whole city alone;
He fishes up technological blueprints and rekindles the sparks of industry;
He fishes up abyssal coffins and uncovers the truth of civilization;
He fishes up legends of the Seven Seas and gathers the lost fragments.
As a world-ending tide of beasts sweeps in and all the survivors kneel, begging for hope, Lin Zhou sits atop the rebuilt city wall and casts his line once more.
This time, what he intends to reel in is the new era of an entire civilization.
