I, the Love Apartment Landlord, Lie Flat and Collect Rent from the Start

Qin Chuan wakes up as the landlord of Love Apartment and gains a laid-back sign-in System from the start.

On the first day, he signs in and gets a Ferrari. On the second, he takes ownership of the bar. On the third, martial arts manuals are directly implanted into his mind... He only wanted to collect rent quietly and coast through life.

But then the plot goes completely off the rails: Lin Wanyu’s older sister, who never existed in the original, moves in first; Hu Yifei and Zeng Xiaoxian start bickering ahead of schedule; and Lü Ziqiao even drags me into posing as the romance expert “Qin Mo”?

Then news breaks that I’ve made a billion in the stock market, and all my neighbors start looking at me differently.

Zeng Xiaoxian: “Landlord, my show got canceled. Can I work for you?”

Hu Yifei: “...Who are you, exactly?”

And as I look at the newly unlocked “Interstellar Technology Company” from my latest sign-in, I fall into deep thought: Is there something increasingly strange about this apartment?"}
