War of Resistance: I'm Chongqing's God of Wealth, Making Guns in the Mountains

[Brothers Transmigrate Together] + [System] + [Decisive and Ruthless] + [Passionate]

“Every penny my brother earns in Chongqing doubles the firepower in the Taihang Mountains!”

In 1940, two brothers unexpectedly transmigrate to another era.

The elder brother, Zhao Jianguo, was a financial tycoon worth tens of billions in his previous life. Reborn in a Military Statistics Bureau interrogation room, he works the corrupt bureaucracy with consummate skill, prying gold from between the fingers of the Kong and Song families and diverting equipment from British and American aid. He becomes the “God of Wealth” who helps shore up the backbone of the resistance.

The younger brother, Zhao Weiguo, is a top mechanical engineer who transmigrates into a crude workshop in the Taihang Mountains. Bound to the [Red Engineer System], he introduces standardization in drafty cave dwellings and hand-builds production lines deep in the mountains.

[System Bond Activated:]

Every bit of financial clout the elder brother gains in Chongqing will be converted into a boost to the younger brother's research and development!

Every rifle the younger brother produces on the front lines will become political leverage for his brother in Nationalist-controlled territory!

Zhao Jianguo: “Weiguo, I got German bearings and special tungsten steel. The Flying Tigers are dropping them in tonight. Hold on!”

Zhao Weiguo: “Brother, the bearings are here. The first batch of PPShs with ‘fabric-ripper’ barrels is off the line. The Independent Regiment is heading to attack the county seat tomorrow!”

When the elder brother uses a precision pistol made by his younger brother to hold it to the head of a traitor at a banquet;

when the younger brother leads his regiment, all equipped with PPShs, in sweeping away a Japanese battalion;

the gears of the brothers' fates mesh for good: the elder brother raises money in the rear, while the younger brother makes guns at the front. The times are about to change!
