Rock Sugar and Chestnuts

The Sugar Candy storyline (everyday school life): The quiet, gifted Tang Yu joins Class 14 of Grade 10 at Linhuai No. 1 High School. His striking looks and excellent grades quickly make him a campus sensation…

The Chestnut storyline (reality transmigration): Li Cheng has just finished the college entrance exams when she unexpectedly boards an empty high-speed train while traveling to Linhuai. After arriving, she discovers that the information on her ID has changed and her age has gone back from 18 to 15…

The two storylines eventually converge, telling how Li Cheng, after transmigrating back to the past, meets and gets to know Tang Yu as a teenager, and how the two write a story of youth, growing up, and redemption in this dislocated timeline.
