My Childhood Friend Always Smells So Good, From Gummy Candy to Marriage Certificate

This is more than just a sweet romance about childhood friends who end up together. It seeks to explore this: when the first rush of love fades, when the everyday grind wears away at passion, when the passing years change our faces and our hearts, what allows two people to journey through all that time and still hold on to each other’s hands?

The answer is this: the moments they shared that seemed insignificant; the fragments of memory they carefully treasured, still glowing with light; their understanding of each other’s needs, continually adjusted as they grew; and, most importantly, the courage to say “I do” even after seeing the truth about love in all its forms.

It begins with a piece of chewing gum and comes to a close with a marriage certificate. But the story will never end, because for those who love each other, every day is a new beginning.
