Note: This is a fanfiction of The Super Dimensionally Cute Kaguya. It focuses on what happens after the original story. If you haven't watched it yet, I highly recommend it.
At twenty-seven, Sakurai Iroha had personally created her happy ending with Kaguya. The story should have ended there.
But Iroha had overlooked one important question.
Could a girl who had waited eight thousand years for her, a girl who crossed time and space just to see her, really want nothing more than to remain her friend and spend the rest of her life with her?
Inside the Tsukuyomi World,
starlight fell across their overlapping hands. Kaguya bit into a freshly baked pancake, but her rabbit ears drooped, an unusual sight.
“Iroha, you always say we're the best of friends.”
“But I didn't wait eight thousand years just to be your friend.”
Kaguya set down the pancake and gently cupped Iroha's face in both hands. Her fingertips brushed Iroha's reddening ears, and her voice was soft as a pout.
As the fairy-tale veneer peeled away from eight thousand years of waiting, the surging love they had hidden behind the word “friends” could no longer be concealed.
Only then did Iroha realize she had already carved this “little fool,” who had lived for eight thousand years, into the rest of her life.
Their meeting beneath a telephone pole had never been the beginning of a friendship. It was always about crossing time and space just to reach each other.
Their story was only just beginning.
Looks good, more to come (but didn't the two of them confess their love in the plot?)
I'm going to save it, it's so pretty.
It's so sweet, the interaction is great
It's quite interesting, the plot has ups and downs, it's exciting, and you can't put it down.
