After working continuously for 36 hours, emergency room doctor Lin Wan was drawn into a strange space called "The Realm of Retrospection". Human beings from different timelines gather here and are forced to participate in survival games with the theme of "time". From a Victorian sanatorium to a ruined city of the future, each dungeon holds the secret of a shattered timeline. Lin Wan discovered that the creator of this space seemed to have a mysterious connection with her real-life patients, and that every time she was near death, she could briefly "read" the time memories of other players.
