[Devoted top] * [cultured scoundrel bottom]
Lin Ge is steady and gentle, while Li Wenxuan is refined and calculating. A sudden mission draws them both into a strange otherworld called Oneiros.
They are modified experimental subjects born from the same source, yet their lives have followed completely different paths. A bond deliberately severed long ago is forged anew by a top-secret mission, bringing them together again with overwhelming force after many years apart.
In a perilous haunted house, under the deadly rules of the otherworld, Li Wenxuan protects by instinct while Lin Ge breaks through with sharp resolve. One is steady and restrained, the other direct and incisive. They go from testing each other to trusting each other with their lives, from reuniting as old friends to becoming soulmates.
As the secrets of Oneiros are gradually uncovered, the truth behind the sealed experiments, a curse that will not end until one side is dead, and a destiny waiting to awaken all come to light.
They are each other's only salvation, and the protagonists destined to stand side by side in this strange world.
