[Two male leads + happy ending + mutual healing]
Irreverent younger seme, Duan Xinghe × rigid, down-on-his-luck top student uke, Sheng Yan
Sheng Yan’s father’s small company went bankrupt, and his father fled to escape prosecution. Debt collectors came to the Sheng home in droves every day, forcing Sheng Yan and his mother to keep moving from place to place. Their lives were dire.
While working odd jobs to pay off the debts, he ran into a student he had offended before. From then on, he was constantly led around by the nose.
But this student had a new approach. He stopped playing pranks and instead helped Sheng Yan pay off his debts.
Sheng Yan no longer knew how to face Duan Xinghe. He tried to avoid him, but Duan Xinghe kept closing in. Only later did he realize that Duan Xinghe wasn’t as spoiled and irreverent as he seemed.
