In this world, Semantic Permission is a kind of "code" that makes physical laws no longer an insurmountable truth, but a "code" that can be rewritten. This code is called "Logos". People with talents can sense and manipulate these semantics, thereby triggering supernatural phenomena.
Permission level:
X (Extra): A strategic-level existence limited to five people in the world, enough to rewrite the physical constants of a city.
U (Ultimate): The highest level, with absolute control over a single area.
MP (Medium Plus): Medium to high level, with strong tactical application value.
M (Medium): Medium level, the backbone of the city.
D (Default): Low level, ability can only assist daily life.
Z (Zero): Incompetent person. Seen as socially redundant.
