There is no rescue here, only a cataclysmic mutation sweeping across all things.
The narrative style is very interesting and feels like reading a Western novel. The plot is well written and can be read on. The writing is not bad and the marine elements are well integrated. The characters are well written. The contrast between Ge Ge and Ge Lei's arrogant and hard-mouthed but soft-hearted is very good. Although Ge Ge is sometimes crazy, he is really treated well when he is serious. The emotional line between the two is well written and worth watching. I look forward to the follow-up plot writers!
