My Dad's Stubbornness Has a Method to It

A true story with false names and a few embellishments, more or less a biography.

A son tells the story of his own father, provoking his mother’s intense disapproval and driving mother and son apart.

His mother never forgave her son’s blunt honesty, believing he had slandered her devotion to her family and husband.

After enduring years of narrowly escaping death, his stubborn father repeatedly got himself into verbal disputes over women, diminishing the glory that should have been his.
