The story begins with a forwarding of "teaching qualifications must pass" and a shift in the piano room. He once thought he was here to "receive a prize", but instead he received a heart that has not yet healed. This is a long exercise in "recognizing love": from the thorns of misunderstanding, to the glimmers of daily life, to facing the respective abyss. They made an appointment to "grow up toward the sun" together, but first, they had to learn to recognize themselves in each other's shadow.
