In these quiet moments, she lets down her guard. By night, she becomes a ruthless operative, navigating the competing forces of Gin, Shuichi Akai, Toru Amuro, and others. With cunning and ruthlessness, she plays the game, while she and Gin become entangled in a delicate struggle between equals: suspicion, probing, and checks and balances, yet also an unspoken understanding and connection known to no one else in the dark.
