Historical romance × fictional era × two female leads × light fantasy
[Play-the-pig-to-eat-the-tiger wastrel × cool, rational schemer], neither character is perfect
A pair of little bracelets seem ordinary at first glance, but are anything but. They bring old secrets to light, not only binding two people together but even turning the imperial court upside down…
Everyone in the capital knows that Pei Leyan, the Chancellor's daughter, is beautiful, clever, and skilled in music, chess, calligraphy, and painting. She is adored by all. Yi Ran, the General's daughter, is her complete opposite.
In everyone's eyes, Yi Ran is a notorious wastrel: arrogant, troublesome, and incapable of doing anything useful.
One “mischievous” act finally enrages the emperor, and she is punished by being sent to the Chancellor's residence.
Yi Ran and Pei Leyan can't stand each other, but after a banquet set up as a trap, the two team up and get married.
As time passes, they come to understand and admire each other, and their feelings begin to grow.
But it comes to this:
“Pei Leyan, let's divorce.”
“Fine.”
One of the few masterpieces with two female protagonists, it is a book with great potential. The characters are vivid and full rather than labeled, the writing is delicate and vivid, the narrative is smooth and humorous, and the story design is very good at setting hooks, but maybe it was delayed by the title of the book. So many holes have been dug in the early stage, and I hope the author will update quickly and fill the holes quickly.
It looks good, it looks good, it looks good, the author must keep updating [Adoration][Adoration][Adoration][Adoration][Admiration][Admiration][Crying][Crying]
It's a pretty good book. Although it has two female protagonists, the storyline has ups and downs. The characters all have distinct personalities, online IQs, and battles of wits and courage. I'm really looking forward to the following plot.
It's so beautiful, thank you so much to the author.
