Chen Fan, a civil engineering graduate, answers the call to help build infrastructure in Africa, but gets caught up in a tribal conflict and accidentally activates the [Tribal Hegemony System]!
This System has a peculiar style. Other systems give you cultivation techniques and divine weapons, but this one hands out blueprints for cement, rebar, and excavators?

Countries around the world: “Report! A fourth kind of disaster has appeared in Africa! Their air defense system has hacked our satellites!”
As the world looks on in shock, Chen Fan hefts an ion cannon and smiles sheepishly. “Don’t get the wrong idea. I’m just an ordinary engineer, helping our African brothers achieve shared prosperity on the side.”
