From the Start, I Conferred Godhood and Built a Heavenly Court from Scratch

Reborn in another world, Zhou Yan obtains a blank Divine Register and awakens the ability to appoint all things as gods.

At first, he just wants to appoint a Kitchen God and live comfortably.

But then he appoints a Door God, and his home is safe; he appoints a River God, and the weather turns favorable.

More and more people come asking for his help, and the gods he appoints become increasingly outrageous: the Star of Literature, the Martial God of Wealth, the City God, the Dragon Kings of the Four Seas...

Until one day, the world begins to collapse, and evil gods from beyond the heavens devour it. Gods and Buddhas from across the sky kneel outside his courtyard, begging through their tears:

“Please, Heavenly Emperor, grant us... our rightful names!”

Zhou Yan sighs, opens the wooden gate, and gazes into the endless darkness.

“Looks like I’ll have to appoint a few big shots today.”
