NBA: Giannis Antetokounmpo's Template, Kevin Durant's Shot

Wan Xingwang transmigrates to 2010 and becomes a water-cooler attendant. From the start, he finds himself caught up in Game 7 of the Finals between the Celtics and the Lakers.

He had hoped to tag along with Kobe and get himself a championship ring, but the butterfly effect throws everything into chaos: The Lakers’ “wash, cut, and blow-dry” star goes down injured, Odom fouls out, Mbenga proves unreliable, and the Zen Master is forced to put Wan Xingwang on the court.

Just as Wan Xingwang is panicking, the Super Basketball System arrives, giving him Giannis’s physical attributes and Kevin Durant’s shooting package.

First, he helps Kobe take down the Celtics. Then he joins the Knicks, drives out the Gorilla, and sends him off on a nomadic career.

Sam Cassell: “As everyone knows, there are two aliens in the NBA. I only got called one because I’m so ugly. Wan Xingwang is the real alien!”
