Ruyi’s Royal Love in the Palace Fanfiction: A Slow and Steady Plan

Original female lead (physician) x Jinzong

Yun Sheng (Jiang Jingshu), raised by Yixiu to deal with Niu Hulu, gets into a confrontation with Niu Hulu's people shortly before entering the palace.

The new emperor ascends the throne, and her old enemies still refuse to leave her alone. Then, just as she's in trouble, a young eunuch offers her a hand.

Jinzong: With a face as lovely as yours, miss, do you dare to take a gamble?

Yun Sheng: No. Gamblers, keep your distance.

Jinzong: Then how about joining forces with me and climbing the ranks together?

Yun Sheng: I'll think about it.

They work hard to establish themselves in the emperor's presence. Step by step, Jinzong helps the woman he loves open her heart to him, but there's always a bodyguard by Yun Sheng's side whom he can't get rid of, and it drives him crazy.

Later, that man returns victorious from battle and treats Yun Sheng with even greater devotion.

Yun Sheng: Are you still not going to acknowledge me?

Jiang Yu'an: I'm going up against the Empress Dowager. Aren't you afraid?

Yun Sheng: Debts must be repaid, and murderers must pay with their lives. Shouldn't she be the one who's afraid?

Jinzong stands in the shadows, watching from afar as that handsome man chats happily with the woman he loves. For the first time, he feels like backing away.

Jiang Jingshu: If Eunuch Jinzong no longer wants to stand with me, then let's cut ties for good.

Jinzong (sarcastically): Since Miss Yun Sheng has found herself such a fine match, why bother coming to me?

Jiang Jingshu: First, my name isn't Yun Sheng. Second, he's my biological brother.

Jinzong (his eyes suddenly lighting up): What are you planning? I'll help you.

Later, Jiang Jingshu takes her revenge with her own hands. When she turns around, she sees Jinzong standing not far away, smiling at her.
