Synopsis

Journey to the West was a trap, and Buddhahood was a shackle.

On the day the demons from beyond the realms descended, the Buddha and my master struck me a fatal blow from behind.

The Golden-Banded Staff shattered, and my heart of Buddha turned to ash.

As I hovered on the brink of death, my slumbering bloodline finally awakened. It turned out I was never the Stone Monkey of Spiritual Understanding, but the Chaos Demon Ape, born at the dawn of creation, immune to all magic and daring to wage war against Heaven and Earth!

If the Buddhist realm has betrayed the Three Realms and Buddha will not save all living beings, then I, the Demon Ape, will crush the heavens and bury every Buddha!

With this one strike, I’ll reduce you to ashes. In this life, I’ll remake the universe!

[Chaos Demon Ape, today I slay Buddha!]
