In the Myriad Universe Imperial Realm, martial arts reign supreme, and dragon blood is the pinnacle of imperial bloodlines. Ye Qingyu was once a cultivation prodigy unseen in a century at the Lingxiao Sect. But with the dragon blood in his body sealed, he became a crippled reject, someone anyone could bully, and suffered endless contempt and humiliation.
At seven, a high fever sealed his meridians. For ten years, he endured and bided his time. Then, at the brink of life and death, the black dragon-jade pendant that had accompanied him as he grew up finally awakened, breaking the seal on his bloodline and stirring the power of an ancient Imperial Dragon. Beneath his crippled meridians lay the true blood of a Azure Dragon asleep for countless ages; within his dantian hid the source of dragon qi capable of suppressing the stars and rivers.
Dragon qi tempers the body, letting him shake mountains and split seas; dragon runes cover his form, allowing him to defy fate and become a god. From slaying demons and seizing treasures in Blackwind Ridge to settling old scores at the Lingxiao Sect, from dominating the Southern Domain to sweeping across the vast Azure Main Universe, Ye Qingyu builds his path on dragon blood, reaches the peak of martial arts, breaks the ancient prison, and uncovers the secrets behind his father's fall and the Star-River Dragon Coffin.
Strange creatures surround him, the imperial realms of the heavens vie for supremacy, and ancient secrets of the Dragon Clan come to light. Wielding a dragon-shaped battle blade and commanding nine golden dragons, Ye Qingyu carves an imperial path through mountains of corpses and seas of blood. As an Imperial Dragon, he burns his countless enemies to ashes, commands the rise and fall of myriad worlds, and earns the illustrious title of “Imperial Dragon Burns the Heavens”!
This is a legendary tale of a crippled outcast's rise, a battle song of a dragon's roar shaking the nine heavens, and an imperial contest for supremacy that sweeps across the heavens!
