Reborn + entertainment industry + underdog comeback…
In his previous life, he was a top producer. In this one, he’s a down-and-out assistant who’s been kicked out onto the street?
Lin Xiao looked at his young self in the mirror and gave a cold smile.
It was 2003, on the eve of a golden age of fierce competition in Chinese pop music. He brought home Su Wanqing, a music student who couldn’t even afford a meal, and pointed to a battered microphone. “Sing. I’ll make you a superstar.”
And so, “The Mouse Loves Rice” burst onto the scene, its ringtone downloads soaring through the roof.
Then “Fairy Tale” brought countless listeners to tears, and its album sales trounced those of the reigning pop kings!
When faced with the arrogance of industry giant Heavenly Sound Records and its all-out campaign to blacklist him, Lin Xiao calmly hit back:
Smear campaign by online trolls? He used his technical know-how to expose their IP addresses and ruin his enemies’ reputations!
Cut off from distribution channels? He pioneered campus resellers and live radio broadcasts, sending sales even higher!
Follow a transmigrator as he rises from a rented room in an urban village, using his information advantage to rewrite the rules of the industry on the eve of Chinese entertainment’s golden age and make the world see Chinese entertainment in a new light!
It's so wonderfully written and so enjoyable to read. This is at least the top three entertainment novels I have read over a hundred times, which is almost on the same level as a full-time artist, but I prefer Lin Mo's character. He is calm and tolerant, but can be considered ambitious. He is more down-to-earth and more attractive than the doting-like character of the Envy Group. If the pace is a little slower and more works are published, I can write up to 800 chapters, but this is still good and exciting. I enjoy every chapter. The more you read it, the more exciting it becomes. I think readers who like entertainment novels will like this book. I guarantee you will not lose money. It is worth recommending.
Excellent entertainment products!!! This is the most perfect emotional book I have ever read in the entertainment genre!!! Except for the first dozen chapters, the subsequent plot is very smooth (it will fill in the pits).
