After transmigrating into the world of Hong Kong films, Xu Jinhuan turns down Huang Zhicheng's offer to become an undercover cop and wins the police academy shooting championship three years in a row. On his very first patrol after starting work, he shoots an arms dealer dead in Wan Chai, only to be shot himself and hospitalized. Behind Chen stands an entire faction within the system, united by their own interests. Faced with their pressure, Xu Jinhuan chooses to fight back to the bitter end. Chen claims he can hit three different targets a hundred meters away in one second? Xu Jinhuan insists on putting him to the test. Starting with reclaiming his credit, Xu Jinhuan faces one challenge after another from criminals out of thousands of Hong Kong crime films: shopping mall bombings, billionaire kidnappings, and organ trafficking cases.
