To the World We Protect Together

Someone searched for eleven years in the apocalypse, just to ask, “Why?”

Someone kept the presence within them sealed behind a blindfold, simply because they didn’t want to hurt anyone.

Someone awoke in a desolate classroom, having forgotten even their own name, yet began learning how to remember others.

Someone recorded their story, driven by a selfish desire.

This is a path destined to fail.

But for the world they dream of, they give everything they have and press on toward a tomorrow with no future.
