Contracts and Obsessions

Between the moonlight in Cambridge and London's misty rain lies an unfinished dream from the past.

Liu Yue, the last princess of a declining noble family, is forced into a carefully arranged business marriage as her family's foundation teeters on the brink of collapse. She doesn't know that her intended, Chen Xiangzhou, a power broker who can turn the tides of the financial world, is the very young man who silently watched her by the River Cam years ago. He turns marriage into a chessboard, believing he has everything under control, yet fails to see that he has long been a piece in the game.

When Chen Xiangzhou discovers that Liu Yue is frequently meeting with Han Che, the moonlight of his memories, the cool and collected financial tycoon loses his composure for the first time. Meanwhile, his assistant Su Linna, who has witnessed it all and holds the old umbrella that reveals the truth, quietly stirs up trouble out of jealousy.

In this game played in the name of love, who was the first to fall? When the moonlight finally shines into reality, can a love that crosses class boundaries break free from schemes and misunderstandings and set their out-of-sync lives back on the right track?
