A black science and technology novel with ultra-hard core scientific logic, the plot is lighthearted and humorous, and the protagonist is full of patriotic feelings. Occasionally there are slap-in-the-face plots, but very few. It's not the kind of AI story that keeps slap-in-the-face and pretending to be cool just for the sake of mindless fun.
I have read Chapter 38, and there are only two plots that use hard-core science to slap the face. The entire plot is gradual, and the pace of advancement is just right. It will not be awesome right from the beginning. The protagonist is also constantly researching and growing. It does not mean that with the system, he will be invincible and take the country flying, every second.
Every time the protagonist develops something, it is very logical and reasonable. He will not arrange a plot about developing some black technology just to show off.
