Xiaolong is obsessed with anime, and transmigrates in order to complete a livestream challenge to watch Jackie Chan Adventures a hundred times.
When he comes to again, he discovers that he's in the world after the series finale.
The demons have been sent back to hell by Uncle, the dark chi wizard Daolon Wong has been imprisoned in Section 13, and the Shadowkhan leader Tarak has been permanently sealed away by the Tenth Mask.
Jade has grown up, looking almost exactly like her future self: tall and striking, and now an actual police captain at Section 13.
But the world after the finale isn't as peaceful as it seems. A new evil force is stirring.
The Demon Sorcerer Xiao's unexpected escape throws the balance between good and evil into disarray, and the world is on the brink of the apocalypse...
