Rule Horror: I Clear the Game With the Power of Teamwork

When rule-based horror descends upon the world and individual heroism becomes a shortcut to death, Lin Jian, a university student in Linhai City, kindles the first spark of hope in the face of despair with his instinct for organization and his wisdom in struggle, both etched into his very bones. He is no lone hero. His strength comes from the collective will that turns a scattered crowd into an iron wall, and from the ancient wisdom flowing through the veins of Chinese civilization: “Unity is strength.” From the life-or-death choices in the “Chaotic Auditorium” to being recruited into the state’s secret “Kindling” program, Lin Jian and his team turn the wisdom of the “mass line” and the “united front” into the ultimate weapons for cracking the eerie rules. This is not one person’s rise to power, but the resilience of a civilization bursting forth under the pressure of the apocalypse. As the world falls apart, only China, acting in the name of the collective, can guard humanity’s last spark and ultimately learn to set new rules for this dark age. This is a passionate story about how unity can become the greatest force of all.
