Lin Mo, a factory assembly-line worker, dies in an accident and transmigrates into the world of Mr. Vampire, becoming Uncle Jiu’s third apprentice. When Old Master Ren turns into a zombie and kills Ren Fa, Lin Mo activates the End of the Dharma Reincarnation System and realizes it is his only chance to survive. As the zombie continues killing, his senior brother Wencai is bitten and Qiusheng falls under a ghost’s spell. Lin Mo must combine modern rationality with Maoshan arts to find a solution. But the security captain’s reckless arrests send the zombie out of control, Ren Tingting’s life hangs in the balance, and Lin Mo’s novice cultivation is no match for a flying zombie. In the end, Lin Mo spends all his accumulated merit points to unlock an ancient talisman formation, helping Uncle Jiu destroy the zombie. He comes to understand that the true path to immortality begins with protecting all living beings, not exploiting the System to cheat.
