Countless unknowns lurk beneath the surface of the city. A young man awakens an attribute unlike any of the seven known types. Is it a coincidence, or is someone hunting mages? His determination to grow stronger will eventually break his chains, uncover the truth, and make him an Elemental Arbiter. (The first volume may seem a little dull, so feel free to decide for yourself whether to read it.)
