Cao Qinggong, a special meritorious figure in the War to Resist U. S. Aggression and Aid Korea, and a first-class combat hero.
A native of Mouding County, Yunnan, he was liberated in the Battle of Jinzhou in 1948 and joined the Chinese People's Liberation Army. He is the deputy squad leader of the first company of the 356th Regiment of the 119th Division of the 40th Army of the Chinese People's Volunteer Army and a member of the Communist Party. He participated in the Battle of South China, the Battle of Hainan Island, and the War to Resist U. S. Aggression and Aid Korea.
The author collected and consulted a large amount of data and spent three years restoring the heroic deeds of this outstanding Communist Party member and outstanding son of the Chinese people.
