Apocalypse: From the Start, I Have a Knife, and I Gain All My Stats by Slashing

One moment, office drone Liu Ren is waking up in the next, a heartless System has tossed him into the hellscape of Highschool of the Dead. Other transmigrators start by latching onto powerful allies; from the start, he draws a Slay the Demons Blade and learns a dark rule: killing "demons" lets him grow infinitely stronger, and in this world, what counts as a "demon" is a matter of belief.

Watching Takashi Komuro, Rei Miyamoto, and Hisashi Igo act out their love triangle at the edge of the rooftop, Liu Ren grins.

"Since your relationship is such a mess, why not go down there and keep fighting over each other?"

A flash of black light, and he gets a triple kill. Attribute points +3.

He discovers that the System's definition of a "demon" includes not only the walking dead, but apparently certain living people, too. And so begins a hunt and evolution without a shred of restraint.

He stacks corpses into steps and holds his ground on the rooftop. Turning into an asura, he makes the oncoming zombies into fuel for his growth. His strength, agility, spirit, and stamina skyrocket. In just half an hour, he goes from a complete weakling to the limits of human potential.

The original protagonist? That's my first payday.

The zombie horde? That's my ocean of experience points.

And those Japanese guys whose minds are who knows where...

He runs his tongue along the blade, a glint of red appearing in his eyes.

They're even better: walking deluxe bundles of attribute points.

This is the apocalypse of the plunderers, a carnival for cheaters. While everyone else is still struggling to survive, Liu Ren has already set himself a modest goal: first, get all four attributes to 100 and see how that goes.

He climbs a mountain of corpses and a sea of blood, tramples the so-called plot, and becomes the ultimate human weapon!
