What? I’m Actually the Biggest Boss

[Sci-fi + feel-good + military academy + ensemble cast + comedy]

The star beast Yun Fuye was captured and taken to a laboratory the moment she was born. After turning the base upside down at the age of seven, she came to the human world, determined to hide her true strength and enjoy a simple, beautiful life of lying flat.

To that end, she chose the worst of the five major military academies, claiming she was only a weakling. But somehow, she ended up on the academy league’s starting team.

On the field, geniuses from the top military academies chased down this “frail commander” and beat her mercilessly.

Yun Fuye ran around with her arms over her head. “Stop hitting me! I’m just a pitiful, weak commander!”

Her opponents stared at the blade she’d casually used to split a mech in two, their mouths twitching. “Put your weapon down first, then we’ll talk.”

Later, war between the star beasts and humanity erupted once more. At the brink of annihilation, Yun Fuye smashed an enemy with one swipe of her paw, then scratched her head in confusion.

“Wait? Wasn’t I a weakling? How did I become the strongest star beast?”

When the supposedly weak commander dropped her disguise, the squad from the once bottom-ranked academy stood shoulder to shoulder.

“Whatever happened to that ordinary life you promised us?”

“It took the spot I liked lying in, so I had no choice but to knock it flying.”
