The Beast-Taming Style Is No Longer Good, It's All Supported by Old Books
Here are some new beast-controlling books, preferably ones from this year's recommendation list. I've been pushing them back and forth, but I haven't seen many of them this year. I've read all of last year's books, but not many of them are to my liking. I just relied on revisiting "The Charm of Favor" to keep me going.

It feels like it could be well written, but the protagonist is a bit too chuunibyou. Is he the original protagonist or the time-traveling witch? But the witch just killed a spider before traveling through time. I guess this spider was a super large spider. It was just because a small spider was missed that the explosion caused the witch to travel through time. However, when she went to the base to choose a spider, the witch was actually afraid of a group of small spiders? ? And fainted because of a little spider? ? The witch was a genius before she traveled through time, but I don't think the witch would be as big as the shadow of death caused by a spider explosion! So, is this protagonist a witch from time travel or the original owner with memories? And I feel a little bit that a witch who is a genius and has combat experience would faint because of a weak spider. If you replaced this spider with another animal, I would understand. To be called a genius in his previous world, he should not only be very good in talent and qualifications, but also very good in combat, so he couldn't understand it. If his pre-travel setting was a novice with no combat experience, I could still understand him because the spider was frightened and fainted. Come on, author, writing is not easy.
