[Sorry, don't read this. I admit this story is a steaming pile.]
Raine's golden finger is a little weird.
Other people's Systems hand out divine weapons and fruits.
His System offers [Basic Attribute +1], [Attack Boost +1%], and [Skill Cost -1%].
Looks pathetic? No, this is a god-tier skill!
When his [Strength] stacks to 100,000 points, one finger can flick a member of the Giant Tribe flying;
When [Attack Boost] stacks to 1,000%, an ordinary punch rivals an ultimate move from one of the Four Emperors;
When [Skill Cost] drops by 100%, he can fire off ultimate moves like regular attacks, keeping up nonstop firepower twenty-four hours a day!
After he joins the Marines, things go completely off the rails.
Bogard: “There's something off about this kid's ‘Shave.’ Why did he stomp the air hard enough to make it explode, then leave a sonic boom cloud behind while staying right where he was?”
Kizaru: “How scary. He doesn't even have Haki, so why can his sword hit my photons?”
Raine glances at the newly refreshed rare trait [Attacks deal true damage (ignores defense)] and gives a benevolent smile:
“Relax, that's just a regular attack. I haven't even tried yet.”
When stacked stats trigger a qualitative change, even gods can bleed!
