Puella Magi Madoka Magica: The Dandelion Witch’s Tale

You've all probably watched Puella Magi Madoka Magica, right? Well, that's stating the obvious. Let me briefly explain the setting: this takes place on a timeline without Magia Record. In other words, it's the pure, original 12-episode TV series, except that a transmigrator arrived before the story began.

The protagonist is the second transmigrator on this timeline. Of course, they don't know they've transmigrated, but the incongruity surrounding them will be obvious from beginning to end. The story is anchored by the chain of events caused by the first transmigrator before they left. The protagonist is more like someone who unknowingly cleans up the mess. And here's a one-line summary of the story:

If witches are all transformed magical girls, why can't we be friends with them? For the holy magical girls of this world, it's an utterly insane idea, to say the least.
