Synopsis

[Post-Apocalypse + System / Golden Finger + Survival + Moral Choices]

When his grandfather passes away, he leaves behind a strange copper coin.

The apocalypse strikes without warning, and zombies overrun the world. Only then does Lu Chen discover that the coin is an apocalyptic artifact that can foresee the future and store supplies to keep him alive.

The price is that it devours his memories and emotions.

He forgets warmth, pain, and the people he loves...

To survive, he can only press on as he forgets. Betrayal by teammates, the truth about his closest family, and the darkness of human nature are revealed layer by layer. The secrets of the coin are even more astonishing than he imagined.

When he reaches the pinnacle of power and everyone has lost their humanity, he finally understands:

The most terrifying thing about the apocalypse was never the zombies. Holding on to your humanity is harder than growing stronger.
