Becoming an Empress, Starting with One Piece

【Empress + Nine Snakes from the Start + Multiple Heroines + Mastermind Behind the Scenes + Growing Stronger by the Day】 After transmigrating as the Empress of Nine Snakes, I decide to go big: turn Nine Snakes into an empire. There are Nine Snakes in the Marines’ upper ranks, the Revolutionary Army’s leaders obey the Empress, and the Four Emperors’ officers send pledges of allegiance. As the Five Elders scheme in their meeting room about how to deal with the “Nine Snakes threat,” they discover in despair that half the people in the room have already secretly joined Nine Snakes. On the battlefield, Nine Snakes warriors and Sea King cavalry sweep all before them. High above the clouds, an airborne carrier establishes the empire’s no-fly zone. But this is only the beginning. I’ll turn Berries into worthless scraps of paper and make my Snake Coins circulate across the seas; I’ll make my weapons the law and my culture the trendsetter. From the economy and aesthetics to power, I’ll leave my mark on this entire ocean. The Five Elders roar, “This is infiltration! This is subversion!” Seated on my throne, I smile and reply, “You’re wrong. This is civilization’s… natural replacement of barbarism.”
