A Punk in the 1980s

“A wild brat with no parents,” Bai Mufan has been struggling alongside his little sister through the hunger and humiliation of the 1980s since he was ten. To survive, he stole and robbed; to keep his dignity, he fought and struggled. From running a street stall to working the docks, from “hoodlum” to “Boss Bai,” he carved out a way to survive amid the tides of the times, bearing a body covered in scars and a heart full of fierce defiance. But no one knows that this man, feared by both the underworld and the law, is ruthless and rough only to protect the one family member he has left. This is an underworld legend of survival, revenge, and redemption.
