Blood Sacrifice in Place of the Bride

The Mirror's Grievance tells the tragic story of a younger sister forced into a substitute marriage, setting in motion a harrowing ordeal that entangles two generations. On a snowy, windy night, the tearful student Shen Qinghe is forced to put on her recently deceased elder sister's scarlet wedding gown. Suddenly, her sister's twisted, anguished face appears in the bronze mirror before her. After hearing the broken words of her sister's vengeful ghost, she finally understands that what is happening is no mere substitute marriage. It is a carefully planned blood sacrifice, designed to continue for a hundred years. What she never expected was that when the blood moon rose, the ancient shamanic altar would awaken once more, and she would become the last living “sacrifice” capable of breaking the Lu family's generations-old curse... She has already fallen into this man-eating hellhole. The only thing keeping her alive is the chance to avenge her sister's wronged spirit.
